We enjoy experimenting with a wide range of mediums, techniques and ideas, and our goal is to support, inspire, and share our learning about art with each other. Although we do not provide formal beginner lessons, beginners are welcome. Please come along and join us for a morning to find out more about our group. We meet each Friday at 10.00 am in the downstairs space in the Gladstone Art Gallery. Come along and join others at the centre on Tuesday afternoons at 3pm for Chi Gong exercises.
We start off with warm up exercises and then do 9 Chi Gong exercises which help stretch and open up the body. This helps unblock energy, improve wellbeing and develop a feeling of rejuvenation.
